  • Only one registered user can be linked per device at a time.

  • Livaah is not liable for delayed updates or connectivity interruptions due to local network conditions.

6.UPDATES AND MAINTENANCE

  • App updates may be pushed periodically to improve performance and security.
  • Users are encouraged to update the app regularly for the best experience.

7.TERMINATION OF ACCESS

  • Livaah reserves the right to revoke access to the app in case of misuse, fraud, or non-compliance with these terms.

PURCHASE TERMS

The Livaah Mobile App is provided to customers who have purchased Livaah energy products such as solar inverters and home inverters which are IoT-enabled devices. The app offers monitoring, product information, usage tracking, and support services after installation.

1.ELIGIBILITY

  • Access to the Livaah App is available to customers with verified product purchases from authorized Livaah partners or dealers.
  • Users must link their registered Mobile number with the app and scan for bluetooth device to connect.

2.SCOPE OF USE

  • The app is provided free of cost for personal use by verified customers.
  • App features may vary depending on the product type, model, and software compatibility.

3.PRODUCT WARRANTY

  • The warranty for Livaah products is governed by the official invoice and product warranty terms at the time of purchase.
  • The mobile app is a complementary tool and does not affect or replace the product warranty.

4.Support Access

  • Customers may request technical support or service appointments via the app.
  • App-based support is available during official service hours.

5.Limitations

  • The app may experience limited functionality if the IoT device is not connected or improperly configured.
  • Livaah is not responsible for issues arising from the incorrect usage of the product.
